MINDFUL MOVEMENT

Vinyasa

Syncing breath with energetic movement, you'll be led through a variety of postures by our experienced Vinyasa instructors who each bring their unique sequencing and guidance. The practice room for warm classes will be approximately 85-90 degrees and for Hot Vinyasa, expect 95-100 degrees. A hand towel or towel over your mat is recommended as you will likely sweat during practice.

The Details

85°-90°F
95°-100°

We offer both Warm Vinyasa and Hot Vinyasa classes. You'll build heat in the body and elevate your heart rate in both. Expect to sweat more during Hot classes!

Vinyasa Etiquette

Check which props the instructor has set up at the front of the room and grab the same ones for yourself before class begins. Make space for those coming in to set up after you- please be willing to slide over a bit to give everyone room. Make sure your watch won't make any sounds. After class, put sweaty props in the designated space by the door and place dry props back on the shelf. If you get a cold lavender towel at the end of class, enjoy it but please don't clean your mat with it! We have mat spray in the hall and paper towels or bring a cloth along with you to clean your mat after class. No phones in the practice room unless you have a medical need.
