Hot 26&Tunes Etiquette
When you enter the hot room before a Hot 26&2 practice, it is a quiet space for students to enjoy time in silence and treasure the peacefulness. Use the silent moments before class for some light stretching, laying still, doing some quiet breathing exercises or sitting in meditation. Set up your mat quietly. During practice, be as focused as possible (please don't look at your smart watch) and be mindful of extra movements or noises that might take you or someone else out of the "zone." Avoid crinkly plastic water bottles and watches that beep, and please refrain from talking before, during, or after class. If you need to take a break, try being still or sitting down until you're ready to join in again. When your Savasana is complete at the end of class, clear your space quietly and please close the door softly behind you. If you like to clean your mat, please do so in the hallway. No phones in the Hot Room unless you have a medical need. Thank you for respecting each other!
