OUR CLASS OFFERINGS
Welcome to Yoga Sol
Hot 26&2
Our classic hot yoga experience. 26 poses, 2 breathing exercises, and cold lavender towels at the end.
Hot 26&Tunes
The classic sequence set to music, with the instructor practicing right alongside you.
Hot Pilates
Full-body strength and core work with plenty of heat and sweat.
Warm Vinyasa
Fluid movement that links breath to body in a gently warm room.
Yin Yoga
Slow down, sink into long holds, and let the body fully unwind.

Meet Kari & Mike
Kari and Michael Carpenter have been practicing Hot Yoga since 2013 at which point the 26&2 sequence truly changed their lives.
The Studio

Harrisonburg is incredibly lucky to have this studio. Fantastic, knowledgeable instructors who are committed to excellence in everything they do and always looking for ways to improve practioners' experience. Beautiful, inspiring studio space (simple, clean, bright with a combination of natural light and overhead lights). Actual hot room! This studio has been life changing for me and the community is so kind and supportive. Do yourself a favor and check it out!
My partner and I just finished up a Hot 26&2 with Michael and we are blown away!! Michael created such a safe, inspiring environment where we were able to tap into aspects of ourselves we never knew possible. We will 100% be coming back and hope other individuals in the Harrisonburg community are able to experience this as well!!
Yoga Sol is a beautiful, bright, clean yoga studio with kind and passionate owners and teachers. I've been a yoga practitioner for many years, but the 26&2 sequence is new to me. The heat (which is top of the line at Yoga Sol) and the precision in the postures bring a welcome challenge. That being said, there are options and cues for everyone in the standard classes, regardless of experience.
