The increased temperature in the hot room helps warm the muscles more quickly, supports deeper stretching, and promotes sweating. The heat adds an element of cardiovascular challenge and can accelerate the mind-body benefits of your practice. Sweating releases endorphins! The Hot 26&2 classes are heated to 105°F with 45%-50% humidity. Hot Pilates and Hot Power Vinyasa are heated to 95°F-100°F. Warm Vinyasa is heated to 85°F-90°F and Warm Yin classes are 80°F-85°F.

Our classes welcome complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Let your instructor know if you're new to the practice so they can share a little about what to expect. Our Hot Pilates classes are mat-based and incorporate the use of small hand weights, yoga blocks and exercise balls. Each instructor offers their own unique style designed to improve your mental and physical wellness by building core strength, stability, and body awareness. No previous experience is needed and beginners are welcome.

Yoga Sol is located near Court Square in Downtown Harrisonburg, VA. Free parking is available in the East Elizabeth Parking Garage (lower and upper levels) less than one block from our entrance. Please note parking signage as some spots are permit only. There are a few free spots in the small lot adjacent to our building at 90 North Main Street. Please do not park in any reserved spots. You can find additional free parking along the streets downtown near the studio on Elizabeth St, Wolfe St and Main St (Rt 11).

Students start to notice changes in strength, flexibility, and stress levels after their first class at Yoga Sol and significant changes over time and with consistency.
