Original 26&2 Hot Yoga

The original sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a room heated to approximately 105 degrees. This is a Hatha style yoga class where there is focus on each individual posture with a short rest between. Beginners and experienced are welcome.

Vinyasa I/II and II/III

Syncing breath with movement, you'll be led through a variety of postures that flow one to the next. Vinyasa I/II is appropriate for beginners.
